Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your bdtjdb account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone else.
- Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers and special characters.
- You are solely responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact bdtjdb support immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods are currently supported on the bdtjdb platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be accepted.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases this time may increase due to verification requirements.
4.5 Transaction Terms
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to review and bdtjdb reserves the right to suspend any suspicious transaction.
- Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only.
bdtjdb does not charge any additional fees on transactions. However, your payment provider's own charges may apply.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳6,000 or more, you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳11,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, a 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement must be met. That is, the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before you are eligible to withdraw.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
- The time limit for using a bonus will be stated in the offer description.
- If the bonus is not used on the designated games, it may be cancelled.
- bdtjdb reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
- If irregularities are suspected on an account, the bonus may be cancelled.
5.4 VIP Program
The bdtjdb VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. By playing regularly you can advance to higher levels and enjoy various benefits including weekly cashback.
Gaming Rules
6.1 General Gaming Rules
All games on the bdtjdb platform are operated according to set rules. The individual rules for each game can be found on that game's description page. It is your responsibility to read the relevant game's rules carefully before playing.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, bdtjdb reserves the right to void that game's result and refund the staked amount. Attempting to exploit a technical error may result in permanent account closure.
6.3 Fair Play Policy
bdtjdb is committed to fair play. To this end:
- All games are operated using verified random number generator (RNG) technology.
- If any player or group attempts to strategically influence the system, immediate action will be taken.
- All gaming activity is monitored.
6.4 Winnings
Winnings earned through legitimate gaming activity will be automatically added to your account balance. However, if any irregularity is suspected, those funds may be held pending review.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtjdb platform:
7.1 Fraud and Deception
- Creating or operating an account using a false identity.
- Misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
- Using hacking, viruses or any other harmful software.
- Using any software or automated method to alter game results.
7.2 Money Laundering
- Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
- Playing with third-party funds or depositing funds on behalf of a third party.
- Suspicious transaction patterns that suggest money laundering.
7.3 Other Prohibited Activities
- Harassing or insulting other users.
- Activities that place excessive load on the platform's servers.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all winnings, and notification of law enforcement agencies where applicable.

10.2 Closure by the User

10.3 Balance of a Closed Account
In the case of an account closed due to a rule violation, bdtjdb reserves the right to forfeit bonus funds and any winnings earned from bonuses. Legitimate deposits of personal funds are generally returned, subject to the outcome of any investigation.
Limitation of Liability
